A class based on controlled breathing and slow fluid movements of the body. Elements of Tai Chi, body flow, yoga and piates are blendid into this class to make it a unique experience. Choreographed to incorporate varous adaptations for each unique individual. Movement is medicine is the primary purpose of this class, to give us the chance to keep active and healthy. We will look at creating more range in our body, resulting in better balance, focus and concentration, strength and lung capacity.
